Smart Office Systems (SOS) is a Michigan based printing equipment and document solutions provider that offers comprehensive tools and services to meet all your businesses printing needs. We have been partnering with Michigan businesses since 2004 to lower their total cost of ownership and spending while providing the best in quality and service. We are proud to be a woman owned and run business.

WHAT WE DO

Our simple goal is to help business owners develop a solid cost control plan for printing equipment and supplies. We provide options to lower hardware and consumables costs, increase IT staff productivity, improve document organization, and establish firm security measures. Our customer investment strategy means our costs for hardware, software, service, and consumables remain a sure savings opportunity for our customers.

Our Story

With humble beginnings we have emerged as a strong partner serving over 500 businesses in south east Michigan. Our vision was to start a business that provided an honest buying experience coupled with high quality merchandise at a significant discount. Too many times we run into “here today, gone tomorrow” sales people, poor performing equipment, and costs that drift skyward when you’re not looking. We go to work every day knowing we will deliver the best of all these and more. This simple mentality is what has made our business a success.
